Tim Long - Dive Manager

I grew up in the Midwest, always surrounded by water and boating in the summer. When I moved down to Florida I fell more in love with boating and the year round fishing/boating season. I have been working in and around the yachting industry since I moved to Florida a few years ago and have loved every second of it. As a Pompano Beach local, getting more involved in the city community and boating community I realized that working in the water was a passion of mine. I recently joined the ABC team as a Manager and am excited for what the future holds. 

Caleb Stephenson - Lead Diver

I am a recent graduate from Liberty University.  I have worked for our family's dive company since I was 14, starting in bookkeeping and dove while on winter and summer breaks. 
What I like the best about diving is the underwater life and the customers I meet, especially the captains; they're very easy to work with and very interesting people. 

I value hard work and quality work. I pay attention to detail and train divers to follow simple systems that work well also.
